Sasha Mendez specializes in first-time buyers, and in the condos, townhomes and starter homes they tend to buy first. Most of Sasha's clients live in or near Mid-City and Culver City, and many have rented in the same neighborhood for years.

Sasha's approach is to slow down at the start so things can move quickly when it counts. That means a real monthly budget before the first tour, a careful read of HOA documents and inspection reports, and a clear plan for what to offer and why.

Sasha wrote Antenna's buyer's guide and still walks every new client through it over coffee. The goal is simple: by the time you write an offer, nothing in the process should be a surprise.
